1 can (20-oz) crushe pineapple in juice
1 cup plain non-fat yogurt
1 banana
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries or strawberries
1/2 cup ice cubes

Combine the above ingredients in a food processor or blender; blend until smooth.

Yield: 4 (8-oz) servings

Per serving: (with fresh strawberries)180 calories
