LOW CAL PEACH SHAKE

1 carton (8-oz) low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 can (1 lb) peach halves or slices in extra-light syrup, drained
1 cup skim or low-fat milk
1/3 cup crushed ice

Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately, in chilled glasses if desired.

Yield: 3 8-oz servings
Per serving: 79 calories
