CHOCOLATE SOUR CREAM FROSTING

1/3 cup butter, softened
3 squares (1-oz each) unsweetened chocolate, melted & cooled
3 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla extract

Combine the butter and chocolate; stir in the powdered sugar.  Add the sour cream and vanilla extract beating until smooth and spreadable.


Yummy!
