1 can (14-oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups lemon-flavored yogurt
1/4 tsp salt
dash of freshly ground white pepper
lemon zest for garnish, optional

Combine all the ingredients together in a small bowl until well blended.  Serve with fresh fruit.

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container or jar.
