HONEY LEMON PUNCH

1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup boiling water
2 lemons, juiced
2 cups apricot nectar
1 bottle sparkling apple juice, chilled
lemon slices for serving

Dissolve the honey in the boiling water; allow to cool.

Pour the honey water into a pitcher and add the lemon juice and apricot nectar; chill.

Before serving add the apple juice, stir to blend.

Serve over ice with the lemon slices.
