MAPLE WHIPPED CREAM

1 cup whipping cream
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

In small mixer bowl, beat the cream and syrup together until stiff.

Yield: Approximately 2 cups

Note: If not using right away, refrigerate until ready to use.
