CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING

This makes a soft frosting but if you want it a little firmer you can add 1/2 to 1 tablespoon cornstarch.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 tbs unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
Cream the butter and cream cheese together with a mixer and gradually add the sugar and cocoa. 
Yield: will frost a 13 x 9 inch sheet cake or about a dozen cupcakes.
