2 cups crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup Sugar
1 stick butter, melted
Mix together and press into a 9x13 pan.
2 blocks (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 cups powdered sugar
1 carton (12 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until creamy. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread mixture over the graham cracker crust.
Top with diced red & green apples; drizzle with sundae caramel sauce.
