MAPLE DIP FOR FRESH FRUIT

1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
4 tsp maple-flavored syrup
Dash ground cinnamon
Fresh fruit and/or berries for dipping

In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, whipped topping, syrup and cinnamon until combined. Cover and keep refrigerated until serving time.

Serve with the fresh fruit and/or berries.

Yield: 1 cup dip
