3/4 cup sugar
1'4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup crunchy [peanut butter
1 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup raisins
In a medium-size saucepan, over medium heat, combine the sugar, juice concentrate, and butter. Stir mixture constantly until it comes to a boil. Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter until blended. Add oats and raisins; stir to blend.
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet/s. Chill cookies until firm.
Yield: Approximately 30 cookies
