These cookies are known as good-for-you treats!
2 large bananas, mashed
1 1/2 cup oats, pulsed into flour
1 tbsp ground ginger
1/2 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all other ingredients into the mashed bananas. Drop 18 spoonfuls onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350-degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool then enjoy with yogurt, ice cream or tea.
