I got this recipe from a friend who got it from Back Roads Living.
- 1- Box German Chocolate Cake Mix (You brand choice)
- 1- Can Coconut Pecan Icing
- 1- 8 oz package or cream cheese ~ softened to room temp.
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Large egg
- 1 Tbsp all purpose flour
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1- Bundt Pan
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Prepare cake according to box directions
- In a separate bowl add cream cheese, sugar, egg, flour and vanilla
- Mix until well blended
- Grease or spray your Bundt Pan with non stick spray
- Pour half of your cake mix into your Bundt Pan
- Spoon the cream cheese mix on top of the cake mix in the pan. Don’t worry if it sinks a little.
- Pour the remaining cake mix on top
- Bake in pre-heated oven for 30 minutes
- Let cool and apply icing
