30 chocolate wafer cookies
3 tbsp sugar
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grind cookies and sugar in a food processor. Add the melted butter and pulse until moistened.
Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake until firm, 18-22 minutes.
Cool before filling.
