Made these cookies today. I used Funfetti cake mix but you can use any flavor.
COOL WHIP COOKIES
1 reg size box cake mix
1 large egg
1 8-oz carton Cool Whip, thawed
Powdered sugar for coating
Mix dry cake mix and egg together until well blended. Gently fold in whipped topping. Drop by teaspoonful into powdered sugar and shake or roll until coated. Place on parchment lined cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees 12 - 15 minutes.
Yield: Approximately 2 - 2 1/2 dozen
