Pie Bars
- 1 can Crescent Rolls
- 1 can lemon pie filling
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 C powdered sugar
Glaze
- 1 C powdered sugar
- 2 Tbs milk
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F
With a hand mixer beat cream cheese, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Spray an 8x8 pan and start layering the pie.
Layer half of the crescent rolls (4 rolls), cream cheese mixture, lemon pie filling and top with the other half of the crescent rolls.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until golden brown on top.
While the pie bars are baking, mix together all of the glaze ingredients.
Drizzle glaze over pie bars once completely cool.
