BUTTERMILK COCONUT PIE

1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell

1 1/2 cups sugar

3 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup buttermilk

1 cup coconut

2 tbsp flour

1/2 cup butter

1 tsp vanilla

Combine the flour and sugar in a large bowl. Add eggs, buttermilk, butter, vanilla and 2/3 cup of the coconut. Mix well then pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle the remaining coconut over the top. Bake at 325 degrees 1 hour or until set.
