2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 cup ground vanilla wafers
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 pkg (8-oz) cream cheese, softened
1 pkg banana cream instant pudding mix
1/2 cup milk
2 large eggs
15 whole vanilla wafers
Line a 9 X 13-inch pan with foil and grease foil; set aside.
In a bowl, mix flour, ground wafers, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl, melted butter, brown sugar, 3 eggs and vanilla extract. Stir the flour mixture into this bowl. Spread the combined mixture into the prepared baking pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Beat the cream cheese, pudding mix, milk and 2 eggs together. Spread over the crust and bake until set, about 15 minutes. Top with 15 vanilla wafers and allow to cool before cutting into 15 squares.
