QUICK BREAKFAST COFFEE CAKE

1 box (3-oz) coconut cream pudding/pie filling mix

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 cup pecans, chopped

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tube (12-oz) refrigerator flaky biscuits

5 tbsp butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees.

To make the topping: Combine pudding mix, brown sugar, pecans, and cinnamon in a bowl. 

Cut each biscuit into fourths. Place into a greased loaf pan and pour the melted butter overall. Sprinkle the pudding/brown sugar mixture overall then stir with a spoon to coat all the biscuits.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
